Russian photographers, Poteryaev Sergey and Telkov Fyodor, from Ekaterinburg look into problems of the Nordic indigenous people of Russia in their series ” North line”.

One journey to the Unknown- discovering the history.

In this series I am questioning myself whether there are still places in the former Soviet Union, which have not been changed a lot since its collapse.

Every four years I visit my relatives in Kaliningrad and have the feeling every single time to come to an absolutely different place. As vibrant, new and fast the city centre looks like, as lost and undeveloped the suburbs appear.

In the early 1980s we – the last Soviet generation – were born. We were small Octobrists and some of us Young Pioneers.
